He holds an M.B.Ch.B from the University of Baghdad and a Fellowship (F.I.C.M.S) in ENT and Neck Surgery. Dr. Talib specializes in sleep apnea treatment, advanced endoscopic sinus surgery, rhinoplasty, salivary gland surgery, and the correction of congenital ENT anomalies. He is fluent in Arabic and English and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered ENT care.
