The Hospital Orientation Program for the Medical Interns 2026–2027 Batch was successfully conducted on 31st August 2026. The program was organized to welcome the new interns and familiarize them with the hospital environment, clinical services, policies, procedures, and expectations throughout their internship year.
The orientation included an introduction to the hospital and its various departments, internship structure and rotations, clinical responsibilities, professional conduct, patient safety, infection control, documentation, and essential hospital protocols. The interns were also briefed on their roles and responsibilities, communication channels, and the importance of maintaining professional standards and teamwork in clinical practice.
The program provided an opportunity for the interns to interact with key faculty members and hospital teams, clarify their queries, and gain a better understanding of the expectations and learning opportunities during their internship.
The orientation marked the beginning of an important phase in the interns’ professional journey, preparing them to confidently integrate into the clinical environment and contribute effectively to patient care.
